222 Giant filter housings offer the following:
- Patent pending design featuring unique 222 cartridge style
- 1" and 1-1/2" FPT connections in same head
- 100 psi maximum operating pressure
- 125° F maximum operating temperature
- Securely retained Buna-N O-ring to ensure effective sealing and eliminates accidental misplacement. Other O-ring materials are also available
- Positive head to bowl "stop" to prevent bowl overtightening
- Mounting bosses in head for available bracket
- Full testing to industry standards of the Water Quality Association for burst pressure, water tightness, and fatigue resistance
- 222 fitting in head accepts ONLY 222 style GIANT® pleated cartridges – available in 0.2, 0.45, 1 and 5 micron ratings
