Keystone's 5 micron hot water/hi-pressure sediment filter is designed to remove fine dirt, dust and particulates in water. Unit comes complete with reinforced nylon housing and cartridge. Ideal for hot water/high pressure use in condos and apartments.

Keystone's 5 micron sediment cartridges utilize a pleated cartridge to provide a large amount of filtration surface area and greater dirt holding capacity. Dirt is trapped on the outside surfaces of the filter cartridge. The large surface aera of a pleated cartridge greatly increase the life of the filter. Independent tests prove that a pleated cartridge will last 2 to 3 times longer than other types of sediment cartridges.

Keystone's addition of a small amount of polyester to the pleated media extends the cartridge life by adding strength for high pressure situations.

Housing features full testing to industry standards of the Water Quality Association for burst pressure, water tightness and fatigue resistance.
